MANIFESTING A NEW REALITY©
Sometimes everything seems to go wrong and becomes difficult. Everything we touch suddenly breaks, smashes or falls from our reach. The phone or doorbell seems to ring incessantly when we are trying to get on with something. Or else we are waiting for something important which never turns up. We want to be alone but people keep turning up, or we want to be with people and can’t seem to find any! Electrical equipment, especially computer, breaks down, crashes or just ceases to work.
We get annoyed, frustrated, irritated or just very angry! The more emotionally charged we become the worse everything seems to get! We cannot calm down, feel better or find a solution. Everything appears to be against us and it is getting worse by the minute! We don’t feel like sitting down calmly because the last thing we feel like doing is ‘being calm’. We’ve got a rush of adrenalin rushing through our system and we are either going into ‘fighting mood’, ‘out of control state’, ‘reach for an avoidance substance’ (coffee, sweet food, chocolate, cigarette, alcohol or some other kind of drug whether legal or illegal) or maybe we just give up and cry or blame the cat, dog, partner, children, government or anyone else in our vicinity.
From this place we may eventually become physically unwell since with every negative thought and emotion our immune systems become lower and we develop whatever condition we are most prone to. Or we smash something, become violent in another way, have an accident, argue or fall out with somebody or make irrational decisions. This is not the best time to make decisions! If we have resorted to alcohol or some other drug we will suffer the after effects of that too.
Yet there are solutions to this state of being. We are all human and we do have a wealth of emotions inside us which are not always easy to deal with, especially when most of us have not been taught at home or school how to deal with such things. Yet our emotions are an important part of being human and we need to know how to deal with them without them harming us, and without having to numb them down with health destroying substances. We live in a world that is intent on doing this to us, but it is not a constructive way of working with our ’emotion friends’.
When our day is seemingly out of control and so too are our emotions we need to find out what the problem is, express whatever we need to in a constructive way, through an available outlet and finally sit or lie down to re-centre and calm ourselves. This may sound too simple a process, impractical and unlikely when we are in the height of internal crisis. But it can be done.
There are creative ways in which express emotions:
Write a journal
Join a drama class
Bang a drum
Tell a story to yourself or someone close
Throw large pebbles into the sea, or stones into a river/lake with the aim of letting go of a difficult feeling
Write a list of everything you are fed up with and want to change in your life
Ask God and angels for help
Make a sound, whatever comes out of your throat at the time
Jump up and down
Punch a pillow
Go on a really long or short walk in nature
Go for a swim or cycle
Change your location, spontaneously go somewhere else
Dance and play music
Write words/sentences on strips of paper of things you want to change or let go of in your life and burn these in a fire
Do a full or new moon ritual
Of course, not all of these activities will appeal to you, be practically possible or something you find easy to do. Just choose one or more of these that works for you – or come up with your own ideas.
Whatever you do, increase the power of your actions by having the added intention of dispelling any negative emotions inside you that need to be released. Some emotions may just be a message that you need to take some action to change something in your life. If you are unhappy or frustrated with something maybe this is the time to make a change, whether big or small.
Emotions that remain in the system will only increase, fester and come out in another way or at another time. So seize the opportunity they bring when they turn up!
You can ask for healing and insight about what you are experiencing and feeling from a group of light beings known as the White Brotherhood. They can help heal all aspects of yourself and life. They are available to anyone at any time as long as you are sitting or lying in a quiet environment. Call on them for help and healing. There are also many different kinds of healers and therapists available who can help with ongoing emotional issues.
Here is a journal exercise which may help bring about insight as to why you may be feeling a particular emotion:
Take a pen and paper and just write spontaneously and quickly for 3 minutes. Do not bother with punctuation or spelling. Simply write whatever comes out of your pen without judgment. Afterwards read what you have written and underline any words or phrases that stand out to you. Use these as headings to write a piece of prose, poetry or letter to yourself. The possibilities are endless. Just notice the kind of themes that emerge and what these are saying to you about yourself and your life currently.
Another exercise is to decide on a day and time when you will write in your journal for 10 minutes every week. e.g. on Tuesdays at 10.30am whatever you are doing, wherever you are you will make time to write for 10 minutes on what you feel like at the time. Of course you can increase this to twice a week or for a longer time period. The results can be very interesting. For example I realised it was my journal writing time when I was stir frying some vegetables once. I grabbed my pen and piece of scrap paper and ended up writing an interesting piece about the sizzling vegetables! It may end up being a light hearted piece, or very emotionally charged. But whatever you write, it will be an outlet for some emotions, and once you get into this habit it may inspire you to write and keep an ongoing journal of your thoughts and feelings.
Our emotions can be triggered further by the effects of elecromagnetic stress fields (pylons, computers, phone masts, mobile phones, electrical equipment etc). By going out into nature you can recharge your batteries and re-centre yourself. The effects of this can also be stronger if you go with the intention of connecting to the natural world around you, including all the elements.
Finally, a practice such as meditation, yoga, tai chi, chi gong etc is positive for maintaining some equilibrium and awareness of our inner selves. Sanskrit chanting also has many different functions and can help gain inner balance, rise above problems and obstacles and attune us to our higher selves.

Once we are able to alter our emotional state to one that is more uplifted and positive (after having expressed and released the negative) we can then manifest things in our life that we may not have thought possible before. When we are in a high and joyful state it is amazing what can be possible and what surprises we may attract towards us. This state must be achieved without the use of any intoxicating, mind altering drug of any sort. It is then a totally clear state and one that will have more far reaching results.
