It cannot be denied that we are living in a stressful world full of toxic substances, chemicals and pools of electromagnetic stress and radiation just about everywhere we go now.
I was looking for somewhere to live and just about every flat or house offered ‘free wi-fi’. What they don’t realise is that this is exactly what I am trying to avoid. Wi fi hotspots are dangerous areas and there is no end of information on the web about how dangerous wi-fi is to our health. Yet cafes and other venues entice us in with signs of ‘Free Wi-fi here’. These are the kind of places I tend to avoid. Yet wi-fi is everywhere no matter whether its available at a cafe or not.
We take it for granted that as we get older we start to decay and our bodies and minds go down hill rapidly. We accept that hospital stays are a necessity. I was told when growing up that I would not be able to avoid having an operation when I got older and this sad fact seemed horrendous to me, yet I believe this will not be the case in my lifetime.
I’m sure, had I visited a doctor with some minor complaint I would have gone through the usual medical model and would have been prescribed some toxic pharmaceutical drug or else, further down the line (when I may have contracted some serious side effect from the drug) needed to have an operation.
I have managed to avoid the medical pathway by using herbal remedies, homeopathy, holistic therapies, healing and investigating my own emotional life. It is true that many would rather experience physical pain than emotional pain but I prefer the opposite! I find physical pain horrendous and emotional pain hard but easier. I have had to confront a lot of emotional pain along the way but it has all been well worth it!
A few years ago I went through an intense spiritual and healing journey which lasted for about 2 years. During this time I did little else but confront my own pain and suffering as well as that of another who was under my care. Following this experience I was greatly transformed and life ran more smoothly in some significant ways (that does not mean to say that there haven’t been great challenges to deal with too!).
I was walking through my local town the other day and saw in a shop window a baby doll wearing glasses. This made me realise how much we accept ill health as the norm. We need to change this outlook rapidly and greatly if we are to survive as a human race. Of course we will be unhealthy if we continue living the way we are.
Much of food sold now is not even food but a mixture of chemicals, addictive substances and sugar. This kind of ‘food’ should not even be allowed to be produced let alone sold.
I have recently heard of news stories about severely overweight people who are bed bound yet who still insist on eating and drinking junk and sugary food. If this rubbish is around then it is like a drug which causes addiction. If someone feels bad about themselves and is in pain they will reach out for whatever substance gives a temporary escape. These substances will not solve anything but just create many more problems.
SUGGESTIONS FOR A HEALTHIER NEW WAY OF BEING ON THIS PLANET
Through new laws we need to eliminate all addictive drugs (including alcohol) and junk food from production.
We need to eliminate electromagnetic stress, radiation and wi-fi from our world and replace it with healthier technology.
We need to make a global decision to be healthy.
We need to have far greater awareness and focus on our emotional health so that further physical ailments do not occur. Emotional intelligence and healthy emotional expression needs to be encouraged greatly. Currently there is an emphasis on emotional repression and a focus on outer appearance. This is a severely unhealthy attitude which has the potential to kill.
We need holistic doctors who look at the whole person and use alternative and natural healing methods as cures, not drugs.
Cosmetics are full of toxicity and show a false representation of a person. If cosmetics are to be used they should have health enhancing properties rather than being health destroying. The value of clean and healthy skin, unmasked with chemicals should become the new ‘Vogue’.
We need new forms of transport which do not emit toxic fumes or create noise pollution.

At the moment we do live in a very unhealthy world and it is difficult to maintain good health in this environment. We walk in fogs of carbon monoxide fumes from vehicles almost everywhere we go. We are saturated by toxic chemicals, wi-fi, phone masts, tetra masts, mobile phones and electrical gadgets stuck in our ears and in our homes. Is it any wonder we get sick?
What can you do about this now to enhance your own health?
Take supplements and herbal remedies (we need to protect ourselves strongly with supplements to combat the high levels of pollution and toxicity that we live under).
Drink purified water – there are various methods of doing this with your tap water.
Invest in electromagnetic stress protectors for phones, computers, gadgets and homes.
Connect to nature often.
Always read the label when buying food products and be aware of additives, sugar content and artificial flavouring etc.
Buy organic food when possible.
Use a health food store rather than a supermarket if possible.
Invest time and energy in your physical and emotional health and well-being.
Acquire herbal remedies.
Find ways of expressing yourself in creative ways (write, draw, paint, sing, dance, drum etc).
Find a holistic therapist of some sort (massage, reflexology, spiritual healing, Indian Head Massage, Emotional Freedom Technique, Bach Flower Remedies, Flower Essences etc).
Look into natural cosmetics where no artificial chemicals are used.
If money is a problem then just do what you are able to with the resources you have. Try Streetbank, Skill Share sites and Lets schemes in the UK. Ask God to give to you the right help with your health and you will be brought what you need in whatever form that may be.
